In addition to providing therapy when you are injured, Greensboro Physical Therapy also strives to help you improve your fitness level to avoid injury. The following fitness classes are offered every Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 - 1:00 pm at our office.
AEROBERCISE: Consists of cardiovascular and strength training. All activities can be done in both a sitting or standing posture.
TAI CHI: Total body stretching designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion.
