RUNNING
REHAB

For Beginners

Have friends and family that run and thought you'd check it out? Whether you want to run to stay in shape, train for a race, or just for fun, we can help get you started. We'll evaluate your body's unique movement patterns to help you identify possible areas of improvement, and avoid potential injuries. We will also provide you with essential tips regarding footwear, gear, training techniques, and much more that will help you realize your running potential while limiting your risk for injury.

For Performance

For the more experienced runner, the Runner's Check Up can be a vital tool to help you improve your endurance, increase your speed, and reach your running goals. After observing your running gait and posture, our doctors will provide cues and exercise plans to improve the efficiency and performance of core and leg musculature, as well as techniques to improve post-run recovery and help prevent injury.

For a more advanced examination, the Functional Movement Screen analyzes your entire body through movements vital to running performance. By identifying possible physical limitations in your movement, we can provide techniques to help correct those limitations, allowing you to reach your optimal performance level.

For the Injured

Have your running goals been limited due to a recurring ache or pain? All runners feel muscle fatigue and soreness at times, but an ache or pain that lingers could be a sign of something more serious. Our doctors will identify the source of your pain, and provide treatment that not only reduces the pain, but also addresses the mechanical and neuromuscular impairments that prevent you from performing your best. Less pain, improved running performance, and back to running. Schedule an appointment today.
